Baked Chicken with Worcestershire
This scrumptious Baked Chicken Breast recipe is really easy and uses a kiwi fave Worcestershire Sauce. Hard to spell, easy to say – wooster sauce!
4 bone-in chicken breasts
Garlic powder or Garlic herb seasoning.
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- Spray or rub just a bit of rice bran oil on each chicken breast. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish skin side up. Pour the Worcestershire sauce over them. Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake at 175c for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 15 minutes or until done.
- Variation: Instead of Worcestershire sauce, sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Halve the recipe for a perfect romantic baked chicken meal for 2 as shown.
