Beef Lasagne

Who doesn’t love lasagne? This fast and easy beef lasagne will keep the whole family happy.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
600g beef mince
1 can of chopped tomatoes
1 x 30g MAGGI Lasagne recipe base
6 x Lasagne pasta sheets
1 x MAGGI cheese sauce packet
1/2 cup grated tasty cheese

Method

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan, add the mince and cook 3 minutes, stirring.
  3. Add combined tomatoes, 1/4 cup of water and MAGGI Lasagne Recipe Mix. Bring to the boil, stirring. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Place 1/2 mince mixture on the base of a 22cm square ovenproof dish. Cover with layer of lasagne sheets. Repeat layers.
  5. Make the MAGGI Cheese Sauce following packet directions. Spread over the lasagne. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake 40 minutes or until pasta is tender and topping is golden brown. Stand 5 minutes. Serve with a fresh salad or veges.
