Brioche bacon & egg butty

It's simply the best! Everything is prepared on the barbecue simultaneously. Try these perfect breakfast sandwiches this summer at a bach.

  • Preheat the barbecue high for at least 10 minutes. Lower the heat to medium and spray oil on the grill plate.
  • Lay the bacon strips on the barbecue, making sure they don’t overlap. Cook for 10 mins, turning a few times until crisp. Place the cooked bacon on a plate and keep warm.
  • Meanwhile, fry eggs in a skillet on the barbecue.
  • Slice the brioche buns. Toast them cut side down on the grill plate after bacon is finished.
  • Place the bottom half of the bun on a plate and add a good squirt of mayonnaise. Place a fried egg and three slices of the glazed bacon on top, add a generous drizzle of meat juice, and top with the other half of the bun.
