  • Cook 4 Angel Bay Gourmet Meatballs in accordance with the instructions on the packet. Once cooked, chop the meatballs into smaller pieces.
  • Thinly slice one cucumber into a container with a lid.
  • Add the capsicum, yoghurt, feta, herbs, meatballs, cherry tomatoes, red onion, garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Place the lid and shake. Enjoy!
