Creamy Scrambled Eggs with Crispy Bacon
There is just no better breakfast or brunch combo than creamy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, served atop of a freshly toasted bagel. This egg recipe is fast, easy and has that wow factor!
Serves 2
You need:
2 Parmesan ABE’S® Real Bagels, butter for spreading
4 eggs, scrambled with milk, salt and pepper and cooked in plenty of butter (the key to perfect scrambled eggs!)
4 Freedom Farms bacon rashers, grilled until crispy
2 tomatoes, sliced in half, topped with cracked pepper and grilled
Method:

Split and toast both bagels, butter while still warm |

Top with scrambled eggs and bacon rashers, place tomatoes on plate |

Serve with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, and the newspaper! |
