Have you ever wished that you could make a hot chocolate that tastes just the ones from cafes? Well here is a recipe that will let you finally be able to do just that.
You Will Need:
2 c milk
90 grams semisweet chocolate, chopped
30 grams milk chocolate, chopped
1 Tsp granulated white sugar
Whipped Cream
Marshmellows
Method:
Place the milk, semisweet chocolate, milk chocolate, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat and whisk periodically until the mixture just reaches the boiling point.
Remove from heat and if more foam is desired, use a wisk to whip the hot chocolate.
Pour the hot chocolate into two cups.
Add a dollap of whipped cream, marshmellows and a dusting of cocoa powder or grated chocolate.
