Jamaican Jerk BBQ beef brisket burger
Whip up these easy flavourful burgers for the whole family. Burgers with bacon are our faves!
Ingredients
- 4 Angel Bay Jamaican Jerk BBQ brisket beef patties frozen
- ½ cup baby gherkins sliced
- 8 slices Farmland thin sliced streaky bacon
- 4 burger buns
- ¼ cup tomato sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 large tomato thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl stir tomato sauce and mayonnaise together until well combined. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line 3 baking trays with baking paper.
- Place the Jamaican Jerk BBQ brisket beef patties on the first tray. Cook from frozen for 20 minutes, turning halfway through. Place bacon on the second tray and bake for 15-20 minutes, until cooked and crispy.
- Place burger buns on the third baking tray and pop in the oven for 5 minutes to warm.
- To build the burgers, slather inside of each bottom bun with tomato mayonnaise mix. Top with a patty, slices of tomato, bacon and pickles, then cover with the top burger bun. Serve immediately. Delish!
