Pear and Parmesan Salad

For a healthy option for lunch try this delicious pear and parmesan salad recipe. Its filling, easy to make and extremely good for you.
You Will Need:

1 bag of baby spinach mix
2 pears
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Fresh parmesan cheese shavings
Black pepper


In a bowl, combine the olice oil and lemon juice and mix.
Cut the pears in half and cut out each of their cores.
Thinly slice the pears and then dress them in the olive oil and lemon juice mixture.
On a large platter, arrange the spinach and then scatter the dressed slices of pears on top.
Pour rest of dressing over the salad and then garnish with parmesan shavings.
Season with freshly ground black pepper.
