Plant-based cheeseburger lettuce wrap
Cheeseburger lettuce wraps are completely addictive and a healthy alternative to fast food. We make ours plant-based. These are super simple to whip up for the whole family.
Ingredients
- 1 box Let’s Eat plant-based burger patties
- 2 NZ Avocados scooped and sliced
- 5 large iceberg lettuce leaves
- 3 tomatos sliced
- 5 slices plant based cheese
- ½ cup pickles
Serving sauces
- ketchup
- mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place Let’s Eat patties on the tray.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes. Place a cheese slice on top of each pattie and cook for a final 5 minutes.
- To serve: Top each large lettuce leaf with pickles, tomato and avocado slices and cheesy pattie. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard and dig in!
