Sugar free steamed ginger egg custard

This custard turned out really smooth and creamy plus the sweetness was just perfect even without using refined sugar. Ingredients :
- 2 eggs
- 100ml full cream milk ( ½ cup )
- 70ml water ( 5 tablespoons )
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger ( from 2” knob ginger )
- 2 packets of NuNaturals NuStevia White Stevia Powder
Preparation :
- Beat together all ingredients until mixed well.
- Pour mixture into 2 ramekin or cups and steam at preheated steamer for approx. 10 minutes over low heat or until centre is set.
- Best served hot.
