Sugar free steamed ginger egg custard

Ingredients :

  • 2      eggs
  • 100ml full cream milk ( ½ cup )
  • 70ml water ( 5 tablespoons )
  • 1      tablespoon fresh ginger ( from 2” knob ginger )
  • 2      packets of NuNaturals NuStevia White Stevia Powder

Preparation :

  • Beat together all ingredients until mixed well.
  • Pour mixture into 2 ramekin or cups and steam at preheated steamer for approx.  10 minutes over low heat or until centre is set.
  • Best served hot.
