Watermelon pizza
Bite into summer with our fresh watermelon pizza. It takes only five minutes to make and is a delicious hot summer treat for the whole family.
Ingredients
- 1 thick round slice of watermelon
- ⅓ cup Anchor Protein+ Manuka Honey Yoghurt
- 4 strawberries sliced
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries and raspberries
- A small handful of Superb Herb Mint Leaves
- 1 tbsp Alison’s Pantry Hemp Seeds
Instructions
- Spread yoghurt over watermelon slice.
- Top with fresh berries, mint and hemp seeds.
- Slice and serve immediately. Yumo.
