Ingredients
 
 

Herby avocado dressing

Dijon vinaigrette dressing

Nut-free satay dressing

  • ½ cup VGood peanot chickpea butter smooth warmed
  • 3 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1 tsp runny honey or maple syrup if vegan
  • 1 tsp ginger finely grated
  • 1 small garlic clove crushed

Tahini dressing

Instructions
 

  • Herby avocado dressing: add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Season to taste with salt.
  • Dijon vinaigrette dressing: whisk all ingredients together in a small jug or bowl until well combined. Add honey to your desired sweetness. Season to taste with salt.
  • Nut-free satay dressing: add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Add honey/maple syrup to your desired sweetness.
  • Tahini dressing: whisk all ingredients together in a small jug or bowl until well combined. Add water to your desired consistency. Season to taste with salt.
