Keto ham and egg cups
Easy low-carb breakfast recipe. Great for lunch boxes too.
Ingredients
- 1 packet Farmland Champagne Ham 100g
- 6 Better Eggs free-range
- 100 g grated cheese
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- spray oil
Instructions
- Spray a 6-hole muffin tin with oil
- Lay two slices of ham into each cavity to form a cup.
- Crack an egg into each cup, then sprinkle cheese and chilli flakes.
- Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 10 -12 minutes.
