Keto ham and egg cups

  • Spray a 6-hole muffin tin with oil
  • Lay two slices of ham into each cavity to form a cup.
  • Crack an egg into each cup, then sprinkle cheese and chilli flakes.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 10 -12 minutes.
