Bacon avocado bombs

Stuff an avocado—replacing its stone with cheese, then wrap it with thinly sliced bacon. Bake & grill it to the perfect ‘bomb’ effect. A must try for keto dieters.

  • Preheat oven to 220°C. Line an oven tray with foil.
  • Fill 4 avocado halves with grated cheese then close the avocados back.
  • Wrap each avocado with 5 slices of bacon. Place on the oven tray and bake for 10 minutes on each side until bacon is cooked.
  • Turn the oven to grill. Grill boost on high for 5-8 minutes to crisp up the bacon even more.
  • Serve immediately.


Tip: Choose ripe but firm avocados for this dish.
