Bacon beef burger
Whip up these easy flavourful burgers for the whole family. Burgers with bacon are our faves!
Ingredients
- 6 Angel Bay premium angus beef patties frozen
- ½ cup Golden Sun short & sweet gherkins drained
- 6 slices Farmland burger bacon
- 6 TipTop supersoft sesame king buns
- ¼ cup tomato sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 large tomatoes thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl stir tomato sauce and mayonnaise together until well combined. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line 3 baking trays with baking paper.
- Place the Angel Bay patties on the first tray. Cook from frozen for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Place bacon on the second tray and bake for 15-20 minutes, until cooked and crispy. Remove from the oven.
- Place burger buns on the third baking tray and pop in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove buns and patty tray (the patties should be in for a total of 25 minutes).
- Slather buns with tomato mayonnaise mix.
- To build the burgers, add gherkins, sliced tomato, bacon and a patty to each. Top with burger bun. Delish!
Notes
Fresh tip: Farmland's new burger bacon is round so perfect for burger buns! For large buns, use 2 or 3 slices.
