Banana Oaty Bites

These oaty bites are the perfect 3pm sweet; with oats to keep you full until dinnertime, and the perfect level of sweetness to satisfy that sugar craving.

  • 2 bananas peeled
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ¼ cup nut butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • Handful dark chocolate chips
  • Pinch Ground cinnamon


  • In a bowl, mash the bananas to a puree consistency. Add in the oats, chocolate chips and cinnamon and stir well.
  • In a microwave proof bowl, stir together the peanut butter and honey then microwave for 15 seconds. Pour into the oat mixture and stir to combine.
  • Roll into balls, then place onto a lined tray and set in the freezer for 2 hours. Place into a container once set and store in the freezer.
