Chilli prawn stir-fry
Whip out the wok and give this feisty chilli prawn stirfry a try. It calls for pre-packed vegetables so it's no-fuss, no-mess and ready in ten minutes!
Ingredients
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 thinly sliced deseeded red chilli
- 250 g pack stir-fry vegetables
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 300 g peeled prawns cooked
Instructions
- Heat a splash of vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan until hot. Add chilli and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add pack of stir-fry vegetables, some salt and pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Mix in red wine vinegar, dark soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce and cook until bubbling.
- Finally, add cooked and peeled prawns and heat through.
- Serve with steaming white rice.
