Chilli Prawn Stirfry fresh ideas
Whip out the wok and give this feisty chilli prawn stirfry a try. It calls for pre-packed vegetables so it's no-fuss, no-mess and ready in ten minutes!

  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 thinly sliced deseeded red chilli
  • 250 g pack stir-fry vegetables
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 300 g peeled prawns cooked


  • Heat a splash of vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan until hot. Add chilli and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • Add pack of stir-fry vegetables, some salt and pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  • Mix in red wine vinegar, dark soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce and cook until bubbling.
  • Finally, add cooked and peeled prawns and heat through.
  • Serve with steaming white rice.
