Cocktail Party – Cuban Passion

Using the beautiful and healthy Barkers Orange Barley Passionfruit fruit syrup, this cocktail is like a Caribbean holiday in a glass.

Serves 1

You Will Need:

30 mls White Rum
15 mls Barker’s Orange & Barley with Passionfruit  Fruit Syrup
60mls Guava Juice

Method:

Shake the rum and syrup together in an ice-filled shaker.
Strain into an ice-filled glass.
Top with the guava juice.
Serves two
