  • Heat a griddle pan over medium high heat. When hot, coat with spray oil, then cook the frozen burgers according to the packet instructions.
  • In a large frying pan, cook bacon rashers over medium high heat until crispy. Set aside, then cook fried eggs on the same skillet.
  • To assemble the burgers: Spread a generous layer of mayonnaise on the bottom bun. Add lettuce, tomato, a beef patty, cheese, bacon, and a fried egg, then cap it off with the top bun. Secure it with a skewer with a special message for your dad.
  • Serve immediately with chips, tomato sauce and beer.
