HazelNOT banana smoothie
Send the kids to school with a delicious and nutritious hazelNOT banana smoothie. HazelNOT butter is made from chickpeas, which will keep little tummies fuller for longer. If you have dairy allergies or a plant based diet, then simply use coconut milk and yoghurt.

- Braun Multiquick 9 Hand Blender
Ingredients
- ¼ cup The VGood Company hazelNOT choc chickpea butter
- 2 FreshLife Silver Platter medjool dates pits removed
- 2 frozen bananas cut in chunks
- 1 cup milk of choice
- ½ cup yoghurt of choice
- ½ tsp cinnamon optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender (Braun multiquick 9 hand blender).
- Blend until smooth then pour into bottles.
