No-bake hazelnut chocolate tart
This decadent and delicious hazelnut chocolate tart is easy to whip up. It’s so divine that guests will be going back for seconds.
Ingredients
Biscuit base
- 125 g FreshLife blanched hazelnuts
- 200 g plain biscuits
- 60 g melted butter
Hazelnut ganache filling
- 60 g FreshLife blanched hazelnuts
- 300 ml cream
- 300 g dark chocolate chopped
To decorate
- 65 g FreshLife blanched hazelnuts roughly chopped
Instructions
- Grease and line a tart tin.
- Add all biscuit base ingredients to a blender and blend on high until a crumb forms. Press crumb into tart tin and pop in the freezer for 20 minutes to firm up.
- Meanwhile, make the ganache. All the hazelnuts to a blender and blitz until ground. Add all hazelnut ganache ingredients to a saucepan over low heat (you don’t want the cream to boil). Stir until combined and melted together. Set aside to cool.
- Spoon hazelnut ganache filling onto the tart base. Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts around the edges to decorate.
- Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
