how long does this keep in the jars? Can I just substitute the spices for the greggs pickling spice mix?
Hi Louise,
If store properly, it can keep for up to a year unopened. Once opened, keep it in the fridge and use within 2 months.
Yes, you can use any pickling spice mix and experiment with spices you enjoy yourself!
