Peanut Brownie
Sometimes you want something quick and sweet? This peanut brownie recipe has been in the family for years. Made in 1 pot with 1 spoon and cooks in 10 minutes! Quick, easy, not messy and tastes fab.
Ingredients
- 175 g butter
- 2 tbsp Cocoa
- ¾ cup white sugar
- ¾ cup sultanas
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- ¼ cup walnuts chopped
- ¾ cup nuts chopped
- 1¼ cups plain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Icing sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Over a low-med heat, melt your butter in a large pot. Do not let the butter boil or bubble.
- Sift in the cocoa.
- Stir in sugar. Melt the sugar a little bit and remove from the heat.
- Stir in the sultanas, coconut and chopped nuts.
- Sift in the flour and baking powder. Mix well.
- Spatula the brownie mix into a baking paper lined or greased slice tray.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C.
- When cool, dust with icing sugar, cut into fingers and enjoy with a good cuppa.
- A divine chocolate fix.
