I made these gluten free by substituting the flour for self raising GF flour. Best scones I’ve ever made! I was able to reheat leftover scones later by simply putting in the toaster and double toasting them. They came out perfect! I then sliced them in half and they were nice and hot on the inside. Add your whipped cream and jam and Wow!
