Broccoli and Cheese Pie
Tasty and filling; serve this broccoli and cheese pie with a pile of salad leaves and tomato slices.
Serves: 4
Ingredients
1 sheet ready rolled puff pastry
1 tsp grainy mustard
1½ cups small broccoli florets
¼ cup grated Edam cheese
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 220°C.
 - Line a 20 cm diameter round dish with pastry.
 - Spread mustard over the pastry.
 - Place broccoli on mustard and sprinkle with cheese.
 - Beat eggs and milk together and pour over broccoli.
 - Bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until pastry is golden brown and egg mixture set.
