Crispy air fryer salt and vinegar chickpeas
Healthy chickpea snack cooked in an air fryer. They are simple and quick to prepare. Great for picnics and lunchboxes.
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 2 tbsp DYC malt vinegar
- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Freshly cracked black pepper.
Instructions
- Rinse and drain the chickpeas and pat dry with kitchen paper until completely.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Line the air fryer with baking paper. Toss the chickpeas in the oil, DYC Malt vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Cook the chickpeas in the air fryer for 12-14 minutes. Cool & enjoy.
