Golden coconut milk popsicles
Now the weather’s warm, turn your golden milk chai into these simple and delicious vegan popsicles. Serve these on a summer’s day for a refreshing treat.
Ingredients
- 1 can Chantal Organics coconut cream whisked
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- 3 tbsp Chantal Organics rice syrup or to taste
- A pinch of ground black pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth and well combined. Add more rice syrup to your desired sweetness.
- Pour into popsicle moulds and leave to freeze for 4+ hours, or overnight.
- Pop out of the mould when ready to enjoy (you can run the mould under hot water to easily do this).
