Pad Thai

Inspired by Asian street food vendors, our Pad Thai combines sweet and sour flavours with fresh vegetables and the zing of tangy lime.  Simple to prepare and delicious to eat!

  • Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.  Stir fry pork and prawns for 5 minutes.
  • Combine the cooked noodles with ready sauce, vegetables, cooked shredded egg and chillies.  Combine well.
  • Serve with a garnish of crushed peanuts, fresh coriander and lime wedges if you like.
