Pad Thai
Inspired by Asian street food vendors, our Pad Thai combines sweet and sour flavours with fresh vegetables and the zing of tangy lime. Simple to prepare and delicious to eat!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil
- 1 Packet Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce for Pad Thai
- 300 g Flat Rice Noodles cooked
- 200 g Thinly Sliced Pork
- 200 g Sea Cuisine Raw Prawn Cutlets
- 2 Woodland Eggs cooked and shredded
- 2 cups Mixed Sliced Vegetables carrot, bean sprouts, spring onion & beans
- 2 Red Chillies finely chopped
- A handful Alison’s Pantry Natural Redskin Peanuts crushed
- A handful of Superb Herb Coriander Leaves
To Garnish
- A handful Alison’s Pantry Natural Redskin Peanuts crushed
- 1 Lime cut in wedges(optional)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Stir fry pork and prawns for 5 minutes.
- Combine the cooked noodles with ready sauce, vegetables, cooked shredded egg and chillies. Combine well.
- Serve with a garnish of crushed peanuts, fresh coriander and lime wedges if you like.
