Pomegranate Topping

Delicious AND anti-aging! We love pomegranates. Try this topping over ice cream, on pancakes or over our Pomegranate Cake – see recipe.

Serves 6-8

Delicious, try over ice cream, on pancakes or over Pomegranate Cake.

You will Need:

2 c. pomegranate pulp/seeds

2 tsp. lemon juice

1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. corn flour

1/4 c. water

Method:

In a small saucepan combine pomegranate seeds, lemon juice, and sugar.

Place over medium heat, stirring as the sugar dissolves.

Mix corn flour with water. Add to blueberry mixture and bring to boil, stirring constantly until thickened and glossy.

Remove from heat and let stand for a few minutes to gel. Serve warm.
