Salmon and cream cheese bagels
The classic combination of salmon and cream cheese sandwiched in the tasty toasted sourdough bagel.
Ingredients
- 1 portion Aoraki Puhutukawa Premium Hot Smoked Salmon
- 4 Rebel Bakehouse Sourdough Bagels
- ΒΌ red onion thinly sliced
- 125 g cream cheese 125g
- 2 tbsp capers
- Salt and pepper to taste
- fennel fronds or dill to serve
- lemon wedges to serve
Instructions
- Toast the bagels, then spread the cream cheese on both sides of the bagel. Place the smoked salmon, capers and red onions on the bottom of the toasted bagels. Top with the bagel top and enjoy!
