You may not be familiar with Guilin chilli sauce but once you try it, you will be hooked! With a unique blend of chillies, garlic and fermented soybeans, this sauce has a unique umami flavour and slightly pungent smell. Try it as a substitute for mustard in your cooking/sandwich making.
It would lend itself well to the sauce in this fried chicken recipe.
