Perfectly sized and easy to prepare – this airfryer apricot glazed ham is ready to wow in under an hour.
- Line the airfryer basket with tinfoil. Preheat the airfryer to 170°C.
- Place ham in the airfryer and brush with a third of the glaze. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Brush on half of the remaining glaze and cook for 5-10 minutes – till beginning to caramelise.
- Arrange the apricots, cut side up around the ham (if using) and brush both apricots and ham with glaze, cook for a further 10 minutes, or until apricots and ham are caramelised to your preferred degree. Let cool for 10 minutes before carving.
Reserve a little of the delicious apricot glaze, warm it in the microwave and drizzle over the sliced ham when serving for an extra little hit of tangy apricot.
