Ham club sandwich

Ham, cheese and lettuce sandwiches on a plate with a bowl of mayonnaise and chips.
Sometimes we just need to go back to the basic. This club sandwich uses sliced ham for a quick and tasty lunch idea. Perfect for lunchboxes or wrapped in a sandwich bag.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 3 slices wheat bread or bread of choice
  • 1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tbsp mustard
  • 1 large lettuce leaf or 2 small ones
  • 3 tomato slices
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 150 g Farmland Champagne Ham Sliced
  • 2 slices Farmland bacon cooked
  • 1 slice processed Tasty cheese

Instructions
 

  • Toast your bread and allow it to cool while you prepare the other ingredients.
  • Mix mayo and mustard and spread on 3 sides of the bread.
  • Place lettuce and tomatoes on one slice and season. Top with the second bread slice, mayo/mustard side down. Spread the top with a bit more mayo/mustard mix.
  • Layer with ham, bacon and cheese. Top with last slice of bread, spread side down.
  • Slice the sandwich in 2 triangles and secure each half with toothpicks.
  • Enjoy straightaway.
