Hawaiian chicken burger
A Family favourite sweet, tangy and hot Hawaiian chicken burger easily made at home.
Ingredients
- 4 Waitoa free range gluten free chicken burgers 1 box
- Sweet Sting Space Jam - chilli honey jam
- 4 Dole Tropical Pineapple Slices In Juice or fresh Dole pineapple
- lettuce shredded
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- 4 slices cheddar or swiss cheese
- Best Foods mayonnaise
- 4 burger buns
Instructions
- Cook the chicken fillet burgers according to the packet instructions.
- When the chicken burgers are almost ready, prepare other components of the burger. Grill pineapple rings. Toast inside of the buns.
- To build the burger : spread generous amount of mayonnaise on the bottom bun, top with a good drop of the chilli honey jam, tomato, lettuce, chicken, cheese, pineapple, extra chilli jam, then top bun to complete.
