Ingredients
- 1 Farmland Ham on Bone large
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup Sweet Sting Goldie Tangy American Mustard
- Handful whole cloves
Instructions
- To make the glaze: In a pot mix together the brown sugar and mustard.
- Heat the sugar and honey mustard glaze for 5-7 minutes until it bubbles and thickens, stirring often. Remove from the heat.
- Preheat the oven to 150°C. To remove the skin from the ham, place the ham into the oven for 10 minutes. Gently peel away the skin ensuring to keep the fat intact. Using a sharp knife, score the ham in a crisscross pattern ensuring not to cut too deep.
- Turn up the temperature of the oven to 180°C.
- Place the cloves in-between each of the crosses.
- Transfer the ham into a baking tray. Brush the ham with the glaze all over, reserving some for one final glaze at the halfway cooking mark.
- Cook for 1 hour.
- Serve hot or cold with your favourite sides.

Hot honey is the new kid on the block! It starts with the smooth sweetness of honey and bite after bite, the hint of chilli builds up in the back of your throat. Not too much but just enough to want more.
The best part? It works with everything! Try it with your salmon next time.
