Savoury Croissant

A slightly healthier version of the croissant if you prefer not to do the chocolate. This is great for lunches or even snacks. Very tasty and very easy to prep. Can be served fresh or baked.

Ingredients

Croissants
Ham
Cheese – we like to use edam, Colby or other easy melt cheeses
Capsicum
Garlic
Herbs

Method

  1. Slice croissants in half.
  2. Place ham, cheese, garlic, capsicum and desired herbs.
  3. Serve fresh or toast in the oven for five mintues or until golden brown.
