Easy but gorgeous appetiser that everyone loves. Keep a bag of scallops in the freezer for impromptu parties.
- Wrap a scallop in a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick. Repeat.
- Cook on a non-stick fry pan over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes each side until the bacon is cooked and golden.
- Serve immediately topped with chopped parsley and lemon slices. Enjoy !
