Smoked salmon poke bowl

A colourful poke bowl with salmon, avocado, seaweed salad, and edamame. A pair of chopsticks on the bowl.
An easy-to-make yet impressive poke bowl recipe. Colourful, healthy, and light, but satisfying. The citrus soy dressing makes it perfect.

Ingredients
 
 

Dressing

  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 1 tbsp tamari
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Combine the lime juice, tamari, sesame oil, and honey in a small jar.
  • Place brown rice in individual bowls. Top with the baby spinach, shredded red cabbage, seaweed salad, and edamame beans. Arrange avocado slices and smoked salmon.
  • Shake to mix the dressing well, then pour over each poke bowl.
  • Garnish with spring onion, red chilli and sesame seeds to serve.
