Tomato chutney jars with fresh vine tomatoes and bruschetta

  • Chop the onions, tomatoes and garlic.
  • Combine all ingredients in a pot. Simmer on a low heat for 30 – 40 minutes stirring often. The chutney is ready when it is a jam-like consistency.
  • Spoon the chutney into sterilized jars and set aside to cool.
  • Once opened, store in the fridge.

Notes

Store the chutney in a cool dark place for up to 6 months unopened.
