Overnight peaNOT butter oat pottles
Send the kids to school with these healthy oat pottles. These are so yummy and simple that you may want to double the recipe so parents have a delicious lunch too! Make them the evening before for a calm morning. Best of all: the delicious PeaNOT butter is nut free, perfect for those nut-free schools.
Equipment
- 4 small pottles or jars with lids and spoons.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup The VGood Company PeaNOT chickpea butter crunchy
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp FreshLife black chia seeds
- ¼ cup FreshLife raisins
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder optional
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
- Pinch of salt
- To serve:
- ½ cup sliced strawberries or blueberries
- Drizzle of maple syrup
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients except peaNOT butter and fruit. Stir in peaNOT butter with a fork, it can be in ripples.
- Divide mixture into pottles or jars, screw on the lids, and pop in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning top with fruit and a drizzle of sweetness. Yum!
